External stakeholders are individuals who caused some influence outside of the classroom to the study or the data collection process.
CADRE Cohort

Cadre cohort promoted success through encouragement and ongoing advisory discussions when faced with challenging situations. These individuals provided new ideas to explore what strategies best fit my students' needs depending on their resulting actions.
University Professors

University professors continued support through scheduled class sessions for guidance towards the good of the group as a whole. Through individual meetings, data collection was kept on track and compiled to meet the requirements of my study.
Internal stakeholders are individuals or groups who had an influence to the study during the data collection process within the classroom.
Behavioral Specialist

The school's behavior specialist provided ongoing support to check in daily with students who were identified with behavioral challenges. These students utilized his room when in need of a break.
CADRE Associate

My cadre associate provided ongoing feedback from an outside perspective for physical observation on student behavior. She also provided support through weekly tracking of the ratio between positive feedback to redirects during instruction.
